| Details: | SUMMARY: MPA TESTING COORDINATION DETAILS: Blue Spruce Estates is a mobile home park located northwest of Medford. The park has a community water system which serves 44 connections with an approximate population of 55 persons. The system has 3 wells. The Circuit Rider was contacted by the water system to provide assistance with MPA sampling on the Well #3 well, which has been identified as suspect for GWUDI. The first MPA test was taken in October 2014 Reviewed previous sample results with Shawn Stevenson. Coordinated with Paul Simon regarding future MPA testing. ACTION NEEDED: Perform at least one more MPA test for Well #3. | ||
