| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Spoke with Linda Northrup. Informed her that she needs to take three sample one Assessment, one Coliform and Nitrate samples before the end of the month. She said she is closing this month. I informed her that she will also have to go through the seasonal shut down requirements. I told her when the next samples are recorded I will request that the violation be taken off.Please note that this facility does not open until June of each year. Can we change the sample date to June instead of April? Also they will need a startup producer. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
