| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Positive DETAILS: A coliform investigation was completed after a positive total was found in the 3 repeat samples taken at the restroom faucet, fountain #2 and w. faucet #3.Operator took 3 repeat samples in distribution, 1 same site, one upstream, one down stream. All samples were total coliform positive.Source sample was not submitted because operator was unable to take one due to modifications of well housing.These positive repeats requires operator to do a Level 1 coliform investigation. Investigation was completed on 10/4/16 by operator and approved on 10/10/16. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 more temporary routine samples in distribution during the month of October.No source sample has been taken yet due to the location of the sample tap. Source sample should be submitted once the tap has been relocated outside of the well house dog house. Label source sample triggered. | ||
