| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to complaint regarding public notice for loss in pressure DETAILS: Fielded a call regarding a localized precautionary boil water notice issued by the City of Sherwood on 10/26/16 for a loss in pressure associated with a main break. Caller questioned why she was not directly notified by the City, while others in her affected neighborhood were. I discussed that the requirement to issue a boil water notice to affected customers with 24 hours of a loss in positive pressure is a management scenario with guidance established by DWS. Provided City contact information to caller. ACTION NEEDED: No specific action at this time.
