| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: One of three repeat samples positive. Repeat positive was from same designated sample tap as origianal positive. System only has 3 dedicated sample taps and all other connections fill private cisterns. Therefore, invalidation was not an option since there are no replacement sites and this is not considered residential plumbing. Called Eric and emailed level one investigation form. They will investigate and check out the north sampling site for any problems. ACTION NEEDED: Submit completed level 1 investigation form and continue taking routine monthly samples. Check into north sampling site and ensure in good operating condition with no sanitary hazards. | ||
