| Details: | SUMMARY: Non-reporting Violation Follow Up DETAILS: System violated TCR for non reporting 3rd qtr 2016. System used to be qtrly but always sampled monthly anyway. RTCR requires monthly for seasonal systems and system forgot to sample during September since they usually sample May-August. ACTION NEEDED: Take monthly sample during all months open (May-Sept). | ||
