| Details: | SUMMARY: TCR Violation Follow Up DETAILS: System violated TCR no 3rd qtr sample. System is year-round and samples qtrly. System simply missed 3rd qtr. They ususally sample in Mid-September. System has since taken 4th qtr sample on October 7. ACTION NEEDED: Continued qtrly sampling for coliforms and annual nitrate from both sources. | ||
