| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up for Compliance Reporting DETAILS: System always sends in monthly chlorine compliance records, but often a couple days late. I reminded Wendy to send in early each month and send directly to Compliance at DWP so they get it quicker. They send directly to me and often loses a day or two in forwarding. Also reminded Pat and Wendy to take 2016 annual assessment sample. ACTION NEEDED: Continued on time chlorine reporting and quarterly coliform. | ||
