| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact for COLI16170 DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Monje on 10/26/2017 and outlined repeat sampling, additional routines required, and a 48 hour timeframe for taking repeats based on location (Chemult). He informed me living in Eugene, Or. he had no way of taking these repeats within the 48 hours but would have them ASAP which should be Wednesday (11/2/2016). ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
