| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform was Found in all of the Routine Samples DETAILS: Routine samples were taken the month after taking repeat samples from a positive routine coliform sample on 9/21/2016. All three of the routine samples collected on 10/24/2016 were positive.A triggered source sample was not collected during the reapeat samples (9/25/2016). A triggered source sample was not collected during the routine samples (10/24/2016). ACTION NEEDED: Operator needs to take a source sample no later than 11/03/2016 labeled triggered sample. Operator will be on a monthly assessment instead of a quarterly. A level II investigation will be required in the next 30 days. | ||
