| Details: | SUMMARY: Well Assessment Sample Results DETAILS: The WS collected 5 samples from the well on 10/25. Three of them were +TC. No E. coli. Larry called and said he is going to do a thorough inspection of the well head and then shock chlorinate and flush the well. He is going to follow up with additional samples from the well and distribution on 10/31. The boil water advisory is still active. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on the intervention and additional samples. | ||
