| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency Resolutions/Revised Due Date DETAILS: On 10/28/16 I was onsite and found the following deficiencies resolved: 1) no raw water sample tap. 2) sanitary seal/casing not watertight. Deficiencies for no O&M manual, no ERP, and wellhead not protected from flooding will be set out until 3/1/2017. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
