| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to Continued TC+ With System DETAILS: I contacted Tim Patterson on 10/31/2016 regarding additional routine TC+ samples. Because of the continued positives starting Sept. 29, 2016 through Oct 27, 2016, I have advised the system be disinfected before taking repeats based on Oct 27 samples. I will be on site to assist, and repeats will be taken on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2016. A level 1 investigation will also be required for this system. ACTION NEEDED: Disinfect, 4 repeat samples, 3 additional routine for November. | ||
