| Details: | SUMMARY: Level 2 trigger - TC detections DETAILS: The system had (2) routine sample detections on 10/19/16. This alert is in regards to the required follow up sample results. The system collected 3 repeat samples from each affected train (6 samples total) and 2 triggered source samples. Three of the repeat samples came back positive for total coliform. A level 2 investigation has been triggered based on the multiple coliform detections in one month. The scheduled site visit is Monday, November 7, 2016. ACTION NEEDED: System to resume regular coliform monitoring for November. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
