| Details: | SUMMARY: E. coli confirmed in the distribution system. DETAILS: Contacted Julie Crawford at the Oregon Parent Center and advised the water system that they needed to post a Boil Water Advisory (Tier 1) for violating the MCL for E. coli in the distribution system. The triggered source sample was also positive for E. coli so the water system was also informed to collect five confirmation samples. ACTION NEEDED: Post a Boil Water Advisory (Tier 1) for violating the MCL for E. coli in the distribution system. Collect five confirmation samples from the raw water sample tap on the well and complete a RTCR - Tier 2 Investigation. | ||
