| Details: | SUMMARY: DBP - TTHM Above the MCL at .097 DETAILS: I spoke to Frank regarding the recent DBP sample. I also spoke with Russ Kazmierczak to insure the proper course of action. The system will be on quarterly samples for one year. I also discussed with Frank utilizing a regular flushing program and possibly utilizing the circuit rider program for assistance. Russ had reminded me that when MPA analysis was conducted that there was a high organic load and this could be a factor with the elevated level of TTHM. ACTION NEEDED: Submit a chemical schedule change request form from annual to quarterly, monitoring sample reports, keep in touch with any information from the circuit rider program, and assess samples after one year for RAA. | ||
