| Details: | SUMMARY: 2/3 Repeat Samples and the Triggered Source are TC+/E-coli+ DETAILS: These are the corrected DWP results. Five confirmation samples were obtained and 1/5 were TC+/E-coli positive. A level 2 investigation was conducted and the system remains on a Boil Water Notice. ACTION NEEDED: We are working with Mr. Gebhart so he understands all possible remediation strategies. | ||
