Details: SUMMARY: Review of Violations DETAILS: I left a message with Mr. Spriggle informing him no samples were reported for August and September 2016. I stated if the camp is not using water during this period on a regular basis, he may change the operating period so these samples were not required during Aug. and Sept. I have received no reply as of today. ACTION NEEDED: None.
