| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for a TC positive result of a routine sample collected on 11/9/16. Spoke with Alex. Reviewed follow-up sampling requirements of three repeat samples, and a triggered source sample from well #4, SRC-BA, which was the only well running at the time. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect repeat and source samples. Further actions will be based on those results. | ||
