Details: SUMMARY: Summary from Findings as to Continue TC+ Issues DETAILS: Rick Fletcher provided a summary as to the ongoing TC+ issue and remediation conducted following the Level 1 investigation.I reported to Rick that the system was to be tested in October and a violation would occur but to finish the remediation and get the samples in when the work is completed. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor remediation process for completion.
