| Details: | SUMMARY: Received Alert for E.Coli Positive for Routine Sample DETAILS: Contacted Ms. Crawford and discussed the E. Coli positive sample and the requirement to take 3 repeat samples and one triggered source sample within 24 hours. She stated the facility has a contract with the Grants Pass Water Lab and they are the ones who pulled the sample. I contacted the water lab and they said they will be headed out today to take the repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: In discussion with Ms. Crawford she agreed it would be a good idea for the facility to use bottled water only until the water samples come back clean or the E. Coli is confirmed and other measures are needed. 3 repeat samples and one triggered source sample within 24 hours. | ||
