| Details: | SUMMARY: deficiency correction - partial DETAILS: The system has corrected 2 out of 4 of the items identified in their 2015 water system survey. They have corrected the well seal not watertight and have their coliform sampling plan in place. An extension has been granted to get an O&M manual in place and work on the CCR. If needed, they can combine the CCR from 2015 and 2016. The revised deadline is 4/15/17. ACTION NEEDED: develop an O&M manual and distribute the CCR (2015/2016) when finished. Notify DWS when this has been complete | ||
