| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I called on 10/11/16 and talked to Rich Hildner regarding the repeat (should have been noted as Routine) positive total coliform result from sample taken 10/07/16. Mr. Hildner was informed that the water system will need to take one routine sample monthly rotating through their distribution sample sites as noted in their coliform sampling plan. A Level 2 Coliform Investigation will be done by Steve Wong within 30 days. ACTION NEEDED: Complete the Level 2 coliform investigation form by Steve Wong-- correct any deficiencies found during the investigation, and take one routine sample monthly rotating through their distribution sample sites as noted in their coliform sampling plan. | ||
