| Details: | SUMMARY: Confirmed E.coli on Source Water Assessment Sample DETAILS: After conferring with James N. at DWP we decided 4-log inactivation would not occur based on past residuals and system schematics and that a boil water notice was needed. Called Richard and left a voice mail message telling him that the follow up samples for last weeks source assessment positive E.coli result came back positive for E.coli, confirming the E.coli. Told him he should boil water and post notice for the other users. Told him to call back with questions and that I would mail a boil water notice template for him to use. ACTION NEEDED: Wait to hear from Richard and set up a source evaluation. | ||
