Details: SUMMARY: Routine Sample Collected on 9-29-16 Tested TC+ DETAILS: A routine sample collected on 9-29-16 tested TC+. Spoke with Michelle and informed her that a triggered source and three distribution repeat samples are due within 24 hours. I also reminded her that this system is on a monthly coliform sampling schedule and noted that samples have not been collected in most of the months of this year. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
