Details: SUMMARY: Routine Sample Collected on 10-25-16 Tested TC+ DETAILS: Routine sample collected on 10-25-16 tested TC+. I spoke with Dave and informed him a triggered source and three distribution repeats are due within 24 hours along with three temp routines in November. I reminded him that routine samples should be collected in the distribution system not at the well head. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
