| Details: | SUMMARY: Received Alert for E.coli Positive for Repeat Sample DETAILS: Contacted Ms. Crawford and discussed the E. Coli positive samples and the requirement to take 5 raw water confirmation samples within 24 hours. She stated the facility has a contract with the Grants Pass Water Lab. I contacted the water lab and they said they will be headed out today to take the samples. ACTION NEEDED: A boil water notice has been posted and I will be headed out today to do the level 2 investigation. | ||
