| Details: | SUMMARY: EC Positive at Source AB, Well #1 - Behind Motel DETAILS: Source sample taken at AB (note SDWIS had AB and AA reversed in inventory. That is being corrected by Joe Carlson). AA is Well #2 in room 116. AB is Well #1 behind motel. AB positive for E. Coli. ACTION NEEDED: Advised Mack to take 5 confirmation samples at Source AB (same as before). Insure hands are clean, water is run from tap in a steady stream for 3 - 5 minutes, do not adjust tap flow prior to taking samples. Do samples within 24 hours. Note that chlorine level was at 0.3 ppm when sample in distribution was taken and there were no coliforms in the distribution. | ||
