| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Bolton and advised him of the requirement to obtain three repeat samples-- to include one from the site of the original positive sample and obtain a source sample and label it triggered source. He said the aforementioned samples were submitted to a laboratory on 11-9-16. I also informed him to collect and submit three routine samples next month if the repeat samples show coliform bacteria to be absent. ACTION NEEDED: To be determined by the results of the repeat samples submitted to a laboratory on 11-9-16. | ||
