Details: SUMMARY: Reporting Violation DETAILS: Firm did not submit a sample during the quarterly sampling period between June 1 and September 30th of 2016.Spoke with Mr. Barnard regarding Q3 sample. The firm collected the VOC/SOC battery of samples and overlooked the routine quarterly coliform sample. The firm plans to collect the 4th quarter sample as per their established schedule. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4th quarter sample prior to Dec. 31, 2016.
