| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Quality Alert: COLI16274 DETAILS: After talking to Judy she was emailed the level 1 coliform investigation form.Advised "Do not restrict your thinking to the document, you may get a better idea about your property than those who made up the document." I asked her to send me back the form with any notes that might be relevant.She now plans on collecting a source sample - asap.In December, 3 routine samples are required from the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: Source sample.Complete and return level 1 coliform investigation form.Look for resolution.Collect 3 routine samples in December. | ||
