| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Positives Total Coliform DETAILS: I advised Mr. Bolton of the requirement to conduct a Level 1 Coliform Investigation due to the repeat positive total coliform results. I let him know they have 30 days from the date the investigation was triggered to complete the investigation, correct any sanitary defects found, and submit the form to the regulatory agency. I also let him know that he will be receiving the investigation form in the mail. ACTION NEEDED: Complete the investigation, correct any sanitary defects found or be on an approved correction schedule, and submit the investigation form within 30 days of the date the sample results were reported. | ||
