| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Coliform DETAILS: Routine was EC positive. Kim tried contacting this operator on 11/15, however, the number and person responsible in SDWIS has changed. 11/16 I had a message from Bill Towns and a new number. He wanted to know what to do next. I returned his call and had to leave a message. We finally got to talk on 11/17. He had already taken one Repeat in distribution in to lab on the 16th. I had advised via message that he needed to take a source sample as well as two more in distribution. He took in these 3 samples on 11/17. Awaiting results. ACTION NEEDED: Take a source sample mark triggered, take 3 samples in distribution mark repeats. | ||
