| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Sample Missed Last Quarter DETAILS: Operator called me to find out why he received a card in the mail for being out of compliance. After reviewing his chemical and coliform sampling schedule, it appears that he missed his Quarterly coliform routine sample. I reminded him to take a sample in December to get back on schedule. ACTION NEEDED: Confirm Quarterly sample was taken. | ||
