Details: SUMMARY: All Deficiencies Have Been Corrected DETAILS: Erik responded from the water survey and stated there was a raw water sample tap located on a line below the pump to waste line at the well head and that he installed a return bend on his well head vent. ACTION NEEDED: None, all items have been corrected.
