| Details: | SUMMARY: (3) RT Coli+ DETAILS: I called Mary Green Friday evening and she was already beginning their Level 1 investigation steps in attempting to determine the cause for all 3 samples testing positive for Coliform. I explained the Level 1 process and she will continue to investigate and then shock chlorinate the system. They will resume their Quarterly sampling in January 2017. ACTION NEEDED: Level 1 investigation. Waiting to hear back from State if this requires additional sampling. This is the first TR that have come back positive since the new rules were adopted in April. | ||
