| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Investigation DETAILS: I conducted a level 2 investigation today at the Bandon Crossings clubhouse site. No obvious reasons for TC+ results were seen. Evidence points towards either breaks in the distribution lines, or possibly biofilm accumulating on pvc pipes with insufficient shock chlorination to kill biofilm colony. Level 2 investigation. ACTION NEEDED: Find problem or install disinfection system. | ||
