| Details: | A triggered sample needs to be taken at wellhead spigot, not pressure tank spigot. Also take three repeat samples in distribution system to include one at plant wash rm #2. These samples need to be taken right away. Consider moving towards providing treatment for the system and submit plans to Evan Hofeld. Treatment is required to be in place December 2018. Another option is to consider removing the dead end pipes to the old chicken houses that could be causing the issue. Should this resolve the issue treatment would not be required. |
