Details:	Mailed the water system a letter reminding them to correct the rule violations cited on the December 2020 Water System Survay. Letter included the following (Abbreviated): - Dear Mr. Bell: This letter is to remind you that the rule violations cited on the December 30, 2020 Water System Survey for Sundowner Mobile Home Park are to be corrected by May 21, 2021; or be on an approved schedule for correction. As of the date of this letter my department has not been contacted on the progress of you correcting these deficiencies and rule violations or if you have corrected these deficiencies and rule violations. The significant deficiencies and rule violations noted on the December 30, 2020 Water System Survey are as follow: 1. Consumer Confidence Reports (CCR) has not been submitted for 2019. 2. Cross Connection Annual Summary Report needs to be submitted for 2019. 3. A Water System Operations Manual needs to be written. This manual is to be written, and shall be reviewed and updated every five years.
