| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Quality Alert DETAILS: As a consequence of positive coliform results on 6/14/16 (routine), 6-21-16 (2 repeats) and 7/28/16 (3 routines) I conducted a level 2 investigation today at the Bandon Crossings clubhouse site. No obvious reasons for TC+ results were seen. Evidence points towards either breaks in the distribution lines, or possibly biofilm accumulating on pvc pipes with insufficient shock chlorination to kill biofilm colony. ACTION NEEDED: Find problem or install disinfection system. | ||
