| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Quality Alert: COLI15989 DETAILS: Robert called to report that the (3) repeat samples showed coliform present and that all were relatively close together in the district. Advised that he complete the level 1 coliform investigation form that he already had in his possession and discuss issues with City of Coquille acting as the wholesaler of water. Also discussed possibility of looking deeper at time of water system survey. With recent rule change October sampling would be the minimum of 1 routine, but also discussed the logic of collecting a special sample and how to determine where to consider doing so. ACTION NEEDED: Level 1 investigation.Identify and resolve contamination (consider specials).routine October sample. | ||
