Details:	Mr. Ramsey from Glenridge Improvement District a state regulated water system, sent an e-mail to the Portland office requesting information as why they were being charged a $75 annual service fee. The e-mail was forwarded to me through the Region 2 Springfield office staff. I respond to Mr. Ramsey with a hyperlink to the DWP state web site where the annual service fee information is located. I also asked Mr. Ramsey if any edits to the listed primary contact information needed to be made. I also inquired about the number of connections. In Mr. Ramsey's e-mail he stated there are six connection but SDWIS shows nine connections.
