| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow Up for Survey Deficiencies DETAILS: Water system survey on 11/12/15 showed several deficiencies or potential for deficiencies: Wellhead was not sealedUnsure of backflow potential from irrigation system and fire suppression cisternNo coliform sampling plan, O & M and ERPMatt submitted photographs and written documentation that these items have been corrected. The well is now properly sealed, there is an air gap for the fire cistern fill pipe and there is backflow protection between the irrigation system. He also submitted a written coliform samping plan. The the O&M and ERP follow plans used for other USFS campgrounds and facilities. ACTION NEEDED: These deficiencies are considered corrected. | ||
