| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received a call from Magic Valley Lab that the routine sample collected on 12/7 was TC positive. Spoke with Joy. Reviewed follow-up sample requirements of three repeat samples plus a triggered source sample. Joy said she would collect the samples next Wednesday, when the lab courier does their next pick-up. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect required repeat and source samples. | ||
