| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic Samples Should be Labeled Special Samples DETAILS: Alert ID: CHEM7409/7411Both alerts are for the same sample. The sample was mislabeled as a routine when it is a "special" sample. An arsenic sample was already taken in June of this year. The sample taken was "not" a blended sample which is a requirement of the plan review sampling protocol. The sample should be labeled as "special" in order to correct the MCL violation generated. ACTION NEEDED: Label sample as "special". | ||
