| Details: | SUMMARY: FU to Confirmation Samples at Spring #3 DETAILS: System had a TC+ on the confirmation sampling for an e.coli on 11-15-16. System was advised they need to keep an eye on the system and continue to look at reasons for the e.coli. Scott said they are filling out all paperwork for the 4-log variance in case this happens again. DWS said they don’t look at the variance unless it is necessary. Scott was informed of this. ACTION NEEDED: Continue with monthly sampling. | ||
