| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Test DETAILS: Firm has not submitted coliform test results since Oct 2015. Paperwork submission to testing lab not completed correctly. Results provided to DWP with request to hand enter.Spoke with DRC who investigated and found that the samples submitted did not correctly identify either the PWS number or misclassified one sample as SPECIAL. These were all routine samples. Digital copies of the test results have been forwarded to DMCE for entry into the database. ACTION NEEDED: The firm is collecting the 4th quarter coliform sample this week and will continue on the quarterly coliform sampling schedule. The nitrate sample for the current year has been collected. | ||
