Details: SUMMARY: Level Two Investigation will need to be Conducted DETAILS: Operator called me Wednesday, November 23, to notify me of the postive coliform sample. Let her know that Sarah and I will need to come out and do a level two investigation which is triggered by having 2 or more temporary routines coliform positive. System is required to collect a triggered source sample. ACTION NEEDED: Facility will need to have a level two investigation, collect a source sample.
