| Details: | SUMMARY: 1 Temporary Routine Coli+ Following RP DETAILS: Operator called me Wednesday, November 23, to notify me of the postive coliform sample. The system needs to collect three repeat samples in the distribution and one from the source. If samples are coliform positive a level 2 investigation will be conducted. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 repeat samples in the distribution and one from the source. Wait for results. Either a level 2 is conducted or the system continues to 3 temporary routines in December. | ||
