| Details: | SUMMARY: Level 1 Coliform Investigation Report not Complete DETAILS: Water operator sent the Level 1 report to me but it was not complete (Corrective Action not completed). I contacted the water operator to complete the Level 1 Report. Operator stated that the Corrective Action would be having the distribution system flushed to help remove the sediment. Level 1 report is now complete - will send in with this contact report. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
